Dunas De Sal Hotel ****

Located just outside the town of Santa Maria on the opposite side of the beach road, this hotel is of a modern and minimalist design.

The public areas have a very 'open air' feel as they all face, and open out on to terraces surrounding the swimming pool and therefore benefit from the cooling breezes. The décor and furnishings of the well-appointed rooms and public areas reflect the simple style and add to the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

The centre of Santa Maria with its good choice of restaurants and bars is only a leisurely 20 minute stroll. The wide white sand beach is opposite the hotel and easily accessed.
