Riu Garopa - Funana Hotel ****
 These All-Inclusive, club style resort hotels are located side by side on a huge plot next to the superb white sandy beaches of Santa Maria.
The 500 room Funana opened in October 2005 and has very quickly proved to be a resounding success whereas the Garopa opened in October 2006. This added extra restaurants, bars, entertainment and sports facilities as well as an additional 500 rooms, all of which are a similar size, design and decoration as the Funana.
All facilities of both hotels will be completely interchangeable between the two hotels, however the rooms for our clients will be in the new garopa. If you do find you want to venture from this fully inclusive club environment, then the village of Santa Maria is 2km away and easily accessible by taxi.
