OFFICE OPENING HOURS 9am - 6pm Monday to Thursday MAKING YOUR BOOKINGOnce we have confirmed acceptance of the holiday reservation by phone, please note we do not require a signed booking form, a confirmation invoice will be sent out within 7 days. It is essential that you check that all details are correct and exactly as requested and that names are exactly as shown on your passport(s). Please advise us immeadiately if they are not. Otherwise, any changes at a later date may incur an amendment fee. PAYMENTWe require payment of the deposit of £95 per person by credit/debit card at the time of booking (there is a 1.5% charge for credit cards. Debit cards - no fee). In addition if our insurance is taken out then this must also be paid at this time. The balance of the payment must then be paid at least 10 weeks prior to departure. For bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. If we do not receive the appropriate payment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will be liable for cancellation fees in accordance with the Fair Trading Charter. VISA APPLICATIONSWhen you receive your booking confirmation please contact us on the above telephone number to give us the information required to obtain your visas. You will need to have all passenger's passports to hand. This should be done as soon as your booking confirmation has been received and certainly no later than 7 days before the date of departure. After this time we may not be able to obtain your visa before departure from the UK. You can apply for a visaon arrival in Sal, however, this will delay you and you will be asked to pay directly to the autourities a non-refundable fee of €25 per person. |
